Laptop Service Details

A summary of our service charges and turnaround times are mentioned in the following table.

Major Laptop repairs (requiring complete disassembly) - laptop cleaning, screen replacement, inverter replacement, etc < 1 day 350
Chip level Laptop repairs (requiring disassembly) - diagnosis and repair of chip level components on motherboard, inverter etc. 1 - 3 days 1000

Please Note :
1. The charges of spares are extra.
2. The turnaround times are influenced by the availablily of spares.
3. Based on the laptop construction, some service categories may change. For example : replacing optical drives in some laptops requires partial disassembly of laptop.

Our Service Features
1. Our work is backed by a three month warranty, and our INTEGRITY clause.
2. We offer doorstep pickup and delivery service within Calicut city limits (more cities coming soon).
3. WE DO NOT CHARGE IF WE DO NOT CURE.

Our Integrity Clause

Purpose
We have noticed that customers bring us laptops that have missing or defective parts. In all these cases the laptops have been previously serviced by a service center and condemned as unservicable. This unethical act which exploits the customer's inability to verify the internals seems to be widespread, even being indulged by authorised service centers. The resale value of spares is the driver of this deviant behaviour.

We are not driven by short term profiteering based on customer ignorance.
We promise every customer the following :
1. Complete return of laptop, irrespective of repairability.
2. Accurate estimate of cost of repair. We will not artificially bloat the repair cost to make resale appear attractive.
3. Neutral accurate information about available alternatives besides repair, including resale value and other advanced service centers.
